Yes. All payments are processed through industry-standard encrypted payment providers. Your card details are never stored on our servers.

Yes. After every donation, you'll receive a confirmation email with a receipt. You can also view your donation history in the app.

Watch a short ad in the Donora app and we donate €0.005 on your behalf. It's completely free to you — advertisers pay for the help.

You can watch up to 20 ads per day, generating up to €0.10 in donations daily.

Every campaign goes through our AI verification process which checks story consistency, identity documents, and risk signals before assigning a Trust Score from 0–100.

We investigate every report within 24 hours. If fraud is confirmed, the campaign is removed and donors are refunded.

You can browse campaigns without an account, but you'll need to create a free account to donate or track your help.

Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account in the app. Your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
